Our Origin Story
It began in Kamnik on May 28, 2025 - a small town with a long history, and the place where a new one was about to be written. From the outset, Auctus Bistrica was built on a single, unwavering goal: to create an investment institution that would endure for generations, shaping the cities we live in, the industries we depend on, and the communities we call home.
What started with a close view of emerging real estate markets soon reached far beyond local borders.
